Shipping times
The time it takes for your purchase from when your Purchase Order is validated, until it arrives at the address indicated by you, will depend on the location where you are located. span>
Amaranta will deliver to the address registered in the order:
1. Regular Shipping
Once the order is placed, it is confirmed that the purchase has been successful under any of our 2 payment methods (transfer or credit/debit card). Said confirmation will arrive at the email provided and the order will arrive:
- Lima Metropolitana y Prov. Const. from Callao: from 24 to 48 working hours
- Lima Provinces and Provinces: 3 to 5 business days
- Only applies to Lima Centro (Cercado, San Luis, Breña, La Victoria, Rímac, Lince, San Miguel, Jesús María, Magdalena, Pueblo Libre, Barranco, Miraflores, Surco, San Borja, Surquillo, San Isidro)
- You cannot use the express service in July and December
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at the time of your purchase, which vary according to the distance between Metropolitan Lima and the point you indicated, as well as the quantity and type of product you purchased (this is because Courier companies handle by weight/volume).
Fees are charged for shipping to one address. These rates depend on the shipping location. The rates (Incl. VAT) are as follows:
Metropolitan Lima:
- Regular delivery: S/ 18.00 (minimum cost)
- Express delivery: S/ 35.00 (minimum cost)
- Regular delivery: S/. 20.00 (minimum cost)
- Regular delivery: S/. 25.00 (minimum cost)
Pick up in Warehouse
You can request the collection of your products at our warehouse in San Martin de Porres, the delay time varies according to the stock of the products, on average it is 24 useful hours, this procedure has no cost to you.
We will contact you as soon as we have your garments ready, so you can pick them up.
Please keep in mind that you must bring your ID to be able to verify your identity when collecting the garments.
Return and/or exchange costs
At “Amarantashop.pe” we want you to be satisfied with your garments, please read the “Exchanges and Returns” section.
Payment methods
- Online payment by card: You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express bank card.
- Deposits or transfers for international payments are accepted, but the transfer cost must be assumed by the client
National shipping methods
- Deliveries can be made in the 24 departments of Peru with our shipping partner, as well as sent in Metropolitan Lima and Const. Province. From Callao.
- Delivery will be made to your address within Peruvian territory.
- You can only deliver to a residential or office address where there are occupants who can receive the merchandise.
- Deliveries are made on business days, except holidays.
- All deliveries will be accompanied by a physical and/or virtual acknowledgment of receipt.
Follow-up
You can do the order tracking option from the moment we send you by email or WhatsApp the number of your order (or also called tracking number), please you must fill out certain information to so you can see what step your order is in.

Non-working days
Please note that our warehouse will be closed on the following dates: January 1, March 24, April 17, April 18 , May 1, June 29, July 28, July 29, August 30, October 8, November 1, December 8, December 9 and December 25 in addition to Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and the days determined by the Government of Peru.
For orders placed on one of these days, or the day before a holiday, the delivery time will be extended by 2 to 3 extra business days.
Also, please consider the non-working days in your country, as well as those determined by the government of your country, in case of international orders.

Shipping rules and restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Peru or the location of dispatch and/or delivery.
- We cannot deliver to post office boxes.
- All deliveries will be accompanied by an acknowledgment of receipt within Peru, internationally it depends on the legislation of each country.
- Some orders are packed in more than one packaging.
- We do not refund shipping costs in the case of returning items, except in cases where said return is due to the product being damaged or defective within Peru.
- The closing date for online sales is 2:00 p.m. Peru time.
- Reservations and/or complaints must be directed to the Amaranta Virtual Store by email and/or the complaints book as appropriate. span>
- In the event of a state of emergency, riots, road blockades, war, pandemic, curfew, etc. and/or exceptional situations indicated by the government, the times are extended due to situations beyond our control.
- Due to logistical difficulties when shipping to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or apply terms and conditions. additional conditions to said order (including, without limitation, the condition that each order reaches a minimum amount).

RETURN POLICY
At Amaranta, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may want to return or exchange an item. Below are our return policies for a worry-free shopping experience:
1. Return Period:
You have a period of 48 hours, from the date of receipt of your order, to initiate a return process.
2. Return Conditions:
For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, without damage or alterations.
- Must include all original labels and accessories.
- The garment must not show signs of wear, stains, odors or any other alteration.

- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item
- Package the item securely in its original wrapping or in suitable packaging to protect it during transport
- Send the item to the address that will be provided to you along with the return authorization
- Once we receive the item and, once confirmed, that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange
